- The mind’s conscious and subconscious thoughts or beliefs
- Past events that can lead to depression and suicidal thoughts
- Future thoughts that can lead to anxiety
- Coaching you toward what matters most to you using GRIT.

This solution choice will be tailored in blocks of sessions following a mandatory behavioral trait assessment . Clients will accomplish the tool. Receive a detailed report on your behavioral traits and another report that identifies to others how best to work with you. A 90 min session analyzing your strengths and how you want to move forward in your life.
This customized time specific program incorporates, one on one sessions, video chats, telephone consultation and text messaging.
